Who can believe that just a few days ago everyone was moaning about the heat? Now, it is raining and quite windy and a little bit fresh!!! One of the office pooches is a very happy girl as she really hates the heat, but the other one absolutely loves sunshine so she is currently sulking. It just shows really, it is not possible to suit everyone. That is just the same with property, not everyone will want to buy your home but there is no need to be disheartened by this - you loved it and bought it so someone else will do too! Check with your agent that there is nothing else either they or you can do to make your property more attractive to buyers. Are you making sure they can park when they arrive at the viewing? Are the dogs put out of the way? Have you cleared away any clutter and got rid of any bad smells? Sometimes, changing the order of your photographs can attract more interest online.......all of these things are worth remembering when trying to sell your home. Remember it is a team effort between you and your agent so make sure you keep speaking with them and then the magic will happen
